East Valley Archery JOAD members and American Archery Academy team archers went to the shooting line this weekend with determination, focus and to have a good time! To watch the youth compete in JOAD tournaments, is to watch the future of archery. Papago Archery Association is hosting a fundraising tournament on March 12th, 2016 at the Papago Range in Phoenix, AZ. The proceeds from this tournament will help support the 2016 Range Improvement Project.

Homeschool Archery JOAD Begins October 06 2015, 1 Comment

This morning we welcomed the new Homeschool Archery JOAD group to the Barney Sports Complex in Queen Creek. The group was a mix of beginners, intermediate and advanced level archers. As the first time archers were introduced to the archery basics of range safety, equipment and shooting form, the beginner/intermediate & advanced students took to the shooting line. All students received additional instruction on form & shooting technique. It was a great group this morning and we are excited to continue to work with the Homeschool JOAD group throughout the school year.
